New Thermostat and still temp alarm

Ive had problem with my temp light and beeper so i put in new waterpump. Getting good flow out the pee hole now trolling or idling and sometimes on plane it will still beep. My gauge has left and right side and usually always the right side light coming on. What could be my problem? 1987 Suzuki 150 Super Six.

NOTE: I just realized my title is wrong. I meant New waterpump and still temp alarm. Did i answermy own question? Would my thermostat be my problem?
