My suzuki 250 outboard will not start. The ignition at the binnacle is dead it will not power up the gauges or make a sound. The trim will not work on the binnalce. The motor has power at both sides of the fuse under the cowling. the power trim switch on the motor works. It appeers the binnalce is without pwoer. i pulled the connecters off at the binnalce and cleaned them well and that had no affect. Is there a fuse or something I am missing? Any help would be great. My boat is stuck on the lift.

maryone, There is a white wire that supplies power to the ECM that should be connected from the wiring harness to the (+) positive terminal of the battery. If you have lost connection or have low voltage there or a bad connection you will experience those symptoms.
When I picked up my boat after winter storage I had the same thing. The white wire on my DF175 had corroded at the battery and fell between 2 batteries and I could not find it at first. When I did, I attached a new solderless terminal at the battery and everything was back to normal. If you want additional info, google "Suzuki White Wire" and you will find several accounts of people experiencing the same thing that you describe.
