1999 Suzuki DF70 has water in lower unit fluid

How difficult is it to replace the needed prop seals in the lower unit to keep out the water? Also how many seals are needed and do I need special tools to do this?
I will appreciate your help.

All the seals can be found in the following diagram. There are specialty tools that are recommended, however with some inginuity you could probably work around.

Am I apt to mess up the bearings, etc without the tools?
