Appears to be a small crack in tilt reservior housing. Can this be replaced WITHOUT removing the motor from the transom? This is the upper portion of the tilt mechanism and the part is called the "tank reservior".
You wont have to remove motor but will have to remove mounting bolts and steering tube nut from starboard side transom bracket and slide it over some to get power trim unit out.
