can't contact *****istrator

Tried to contact site *****istrator to report that I coudn't use "search" by just typing in the search box, because of "missing security token"......????? Works fine if I go to "advanced search".........but couldn't report that to site *****strator beacuse of the same "missing security token".....how am I suppoed to report these things to the site *****istrator when the site won't let me report the problem?!? .....and why has it just changed the word addmin-istrator to *******strator?!?
