83 DT50 Universal Vacuum Fuel Pump Replacement?

I need a new fuel pump for my 1983 Suzuki DT50 outboard.

The part number is listed as obsolete on most sites and not available on those that don't list as obsolete (confirmed over email).

Does anyone know if there is a universal replacement out there offered by another manufacturer like OEM?

I don't know of any but there may be, do a seach for that part number on internet and see what you find.
