dt 3.5 will not open up when in gear

my dt 3.5 suzuki wil idle and rev well in nuetral, and will idle in gear, but will not rev.

If it is a metal tab on the float then you can bend, if not then it is not adjustable. Be sure carburetor is thoroughly cleaned and adjusted properly.
