2002 Suzy df90 hard starting

I recently have had some trouble with my engine dying after i run it and try to bring it to idle. Also, the engine has a hard time starting when warm. If i give it gas in neutral and then start it she will fire up and idle normal. I replaced the plugs to the Iridium NGK before this problem and it continues. Any ideas what it might be. No water in the oil and plugs look normal . Any help would be great.

May need to have the throttle position sensor and idle air control valve checked to see if working properly.
