hi guys need some help :)

Iv just bought a Suzuki dt140 2 stroke I bought it without controls but got it running fine before purchased the controll unit, they turned up yesterday plugged them in and now it won't start iv got no spark any help would be so helpfull thank you

Check that wire harness is correctly plugged in, check that landyard stop switch is working properly.

Its all plugged in and checked switch iv got it turning over but no spark

Well then lets go back to basics, check all fuses. If no results start checking the ignition components (ignition coils, pick-up coils, stator, etc). Again be sure the safety lanyard kill switch is not defective, this will allow the motor to turn over but with no spark.

Ok cool thank you il have a look at those,fuses ok will get on to the others straight away
