I'm new here so hello to all outboard enthusiasts!!
I disassembled DT8 1987 and I see issue with oil seals (some oil and some water in gear case). Part no: 11

The bearing carrier has two of oil seals. What is the best way to change them if the external diameter of seal is bigger then the hole in bearing carrien from propeller site or bearing site.
Other thing is about how to remove part no: 18

to get to oil seals? It's very stubborn and looks like 20 years of use in salt water, saying in one world is welded. Would submgeing in breake fluid or parrafin oil for week help??
Thanks in advance for any help or direction!!
