dt 50 leaking oil

firstly hello to all, i am a newbie here and hope you can help i have purchased a boat with a dt 50 on it .which has an oil leak which appears to be around the power head is this common and is it a problem and how to rectify jeez do ya recon thats enough thanx in advance warnie

where, what spot exactly and is it a film, a drop or two of oil, or is is enough to spread to nearby areas like an oozing buildup or collection
