DT9.9hp Engine siezed

Hello, i have a dt9.9 outboard i was given with a seized engine, the engine was dunked for about 1hr but nobody tried to start it afterwards, this was 2 months ago .
Is it worth trying to unsieze the motor , all the rest is in good condition,or just get rid of it for parts, i have tried soaking the pistons in oil, heating it up with the oxy, whacking it ,giving it nasty stares, all no good. does anyone know how to unsieze the motor.

soak the cylinders in marvel mystery oil for about 24hours. The work flywheel back and forth till it lets go. Be sure you have removed the the spark plugs. There are no guarantees, good luck
