2002 df50 spark plug removal

What are the tricks to removing the spark plugs with out damaging the coils?

The coils should just pull straight out (after removing the single bolt that holds them) with-out being damaged. Then you remove the spark plugs.

DF 50 2008 Spark plug removal

I also own a DF50 year 2008. I uncliped the wiring and unscrewed a single bolt holding the plug using a 13mm socket. Next, I tried to pull the coil out with my hands however it did not disconnect.

I must say that did not apply too much force, since I was not sure if I was missing another step. Before I re-attempt to take it out with a larger force, can you please confirm that the same procedure described in the earlier post applies for the 2008 model?
