Suzuki DF models. How can you tell if a gearcase is a standard rotation or counter-rotation if there is no prop attached and the gearcase is not attached to the motor (where the model # would identify it, I assume).
Does Suzuki mark the case or propshaft/driveshaft in any way to identify them?
I believe Yamaha stamps an "L" on the back of the case and Honda has a ring (groove) in the propshaft to ID a counter-rotation unit.
Any experts out there?
