I think the content of your spare and toolbox is rather good,
i would add 2 propeller nuts, pressure plates and cotter pins (as you can loose them in the murky amazonas water)
I personally would add double fuel separating filters, a 10 micron and a 2 micron one.
Yamaha has very nice ones made of fiber reinforced plastic, they don't oxidize
Yes a kicker motor is always a good idea, i rowed for 5 hours after we hit a log and the shear pin on al old 9hp broke.
I could fix that temporary with a hair pin from my GF, but it lasted very long but saved me about another 2 hours of rowing
