I have a '95 Suzuki DT140 having issues planing a 18 foot Shallow Sport. At full throttle the engine only turns 4200 rpms. I have checked compression and have 119-120 on all four, changed the plugs, cleaned curburetor, cleaned fuel pump, changed water/fuel separator. Seems to be getting fuel because while running full throttle, primed the primer ball and hit choke with no rpm change. Engine starts great with new starter, idling is good. Throttling advances to three-quarter throttle and develops miss but will advance to full throttle but with no power and boat will not plane. What else could be causing this type of issue?
