DF25 Hard Starting

Hey Everyone,
I have a 2005 DF25 that hates to start when cold. It will fire for a second then shut off. This goes on for several minutes before it will start. I prime the bulb until firm,press in the key and try to start it. I pulled all three plugs today and they look ok. Any ideas?

You can change the spark plugs. Does it only happen when cold? If so maybe your primer assembly on the carburetors is not working properly.
