Arm, clutch rod

How do i install the arm that connects the clutch rod to the shifting lever on an 1995 dt25c outboard motor. Can i drop the lower unit or must i lift the power head?

I haven't tried to connect them but may have remove powerhead to have enough room to reattach.

DT25C clutch arm replacment

remove the 8 bolts that attatch the powerhead to the drive shaft housing, remove the shift lever and disconect the manual choke link. Tilt the motor to horizontal pull powerhead away from the drive shaft housing re move the broken arm and install the new one. tilt back to vertical and reconnect everything.
