suzuki dt28 not sparking

Hi I'm looking for some help with this suzuki. I've checked over the wiring, on off switch and neutral switch and all seems to be in good order.
What tests can I do on the cdi, mag, coil and reg/rec? I've got a pretty simple multimeter
Im also a bit worried about the compression. Seems a little on the low side. 110 on one and 120 on the other. Any idea what it should be?

I recommend obtaining a service manual, it will tell you all the test procedures for the coils and stator. There are no tests for the CDI. Compression should be ok.

Hello, can somebody tell me what CDI and NSI units are and what they do?
I also have a 1980's DT28 with no spark.
I have workshop manuals for the outboard but wiring colour codes do not match.
I had the control panel with ignition switch stolen from the boat and have not managed to get the plugs to spark since.

That old thread you pulled up won't help much.

Have you repaired/ replaced the missing control panel & wiring with compatible setup? Does your manual have a wiring schematic?
Was motor running before control panel was taken?
