Default 2007 115 value and comparison to df140

Im thinking of upgrading to a the 140. I understand all boats, motors, and props are different but I currently get 28knots with the 115 ona 21 Maritime skiff turning a stainelss 14x20 prop. What can I excpect after the upgrade? I was hoping for an aditional 8-10 mph. How about the used value for a 2007 df115 in very good condition? I cant find any used ones for sale on the interenet.

How many hours ? 140 and 115 are the same cc size just the 140 is hotted up a bit also different gear ratio

what is the price difference in a 150 as they are a bigger cc motor if you want to trade, mid winter is a good time to get the best deal on a new donk.

Sorry, 350 hours now, probably 400 when I want to sell around labor day. I heard the 140 has larger pistons and that was why the 115 wheighs 8 pounds more. My 21 maritime only has a 30 gallon tank and I was told the fuel milage of the 150 was considerably less then the 140. I commonly run 30 miles offshore. Is it possible to "hot up" a 115 since its the same engine?
