Cool both engines not go over 3000rpm

2 engines 4 strokes 140,2007.no codes,no buzzer,no lamps on,no water on any section of fuel lines(water separators,filters) no one did not go over 3000 rpm.what is gone be??!!

fail safe on at 3000 check your neutral switch in not jammed in on the motor in question if there is no codes

Talking 3000 rpm

cant be jammed because run on the wate!

yes but if is jammed motor will not rev past 3000 rpm because ecm thinks that it is in neutral

test the switches..............under the engine cowl where cable comes in you will see a switch with 2 wires on gear cable........... because they are linked one goes into fail safe so does the other

Hi. I think you cannot use it either. Without water on any section of uel lines won't work.
