How fast can i get this to go?

I've got an '88 17ft Dixie with an '88 DT55 2 stroke with an 11 3/8 x 14 prop. Anybody have a feel for how fast this should push us around the lake? I know a lot of it depends on the load in the boat, but a rough idea would be helpful. Thanks!
