cleaning old oil injection system
howdy folks
I'me rebuilding my dt85 and I plan to reinsall the oil injection,used it for three years without,wonder if that's why no.1 rod bearing seized. Anyway I want to clean the old oil and crud out of system, will acetone work?, as it will evaporate and not leave residue,don't want to melt tank. I plan on mixing gas and oil till I know system is useing oil.
